Family psychotherapy

In addition to individual based therapies, we offer systemic packages incorporating family support alongside 1:1 therapy sessions. Systemic thinking works on the principle that understanding how people communicate and engage in their groups (e.g., families) can increase opportunities for changing dynamics and reduce the distress of individual group members.

“A waterfall is concerned only with being itself, not with doing something it considers waterfall-like.” – Vernon Howard.
